DCM Objectives in 2010
The key objective in 2010 is to make DCM ‘the’ preferred business model to be used by the region’s businesses when quality networking online or face-to-face is required.
Working closely with a local University, the online side of the DCM model will now grow rapidly.
A third sector organisation which has expressed a real desire for a mutual ‘interface’ between themselves and DCM, will enable DCM to use the slogan ‘come to DCM not just to network, but to actually get work’.
Since it’s complete launch only 4 months ago, DCM has increased it’s membership by a third. Our objective is to keep retention rates at 90% plus.
Affiliate treaties are being formed as we speak with many of the traditional networking groups who see DCM as complimentary rather than competition.
